Common questions

What does integrative wellness mean?

It means combining conventional medical care with appropriate complementary wellness services so care can consider the whole person — body, mind and spirit.

Does this replace seeing a doctor?

No. Integrative wellness should not replace medical care. If symptoms are urgent, severe, new or not improving, start with clinical assessment.

How do I choose between the two services?

Choose Acupuncture, TCM & Naturopathic Healing for hands-on complementary care such as Ventosa cupping or bone alignment support. Choose Mindful Movement & Energy Healing for gentler movement, sound, breath and energy-based sessions.

Are group and 1:1 sessions available?

Some services may be offered as group sessions, while others may be available privately. Check Events for group schedules or message the Care Center to ask about 1:1 availability.

Integrative wellness does not diagnose, treat, prevent or cure disease. Ask the Care Center which services, providers and schedules are active before booking.
