What to expect
Colon hydrotherapy sessions are handled as a wellness service, not a replacement for medical care. The Care Center can confirm current provider availability, preparation reminders, session requirements and aftercare instructions before booking.

Colonics, in plain language
Colon hydrotherapy, also called colonic irrigation, is a digestive wellness service that uses warm, filtered water in a guided clinic setting.
01
What it is
A trained practitioner operates a closed-system device designed to introduce warm filtered water gently into the lower colon.
02
How it works
- Warm filtered water is introduced into the colon.
- Water may help soften and mobilize stool in the lower bowel.
- Waste and water are released through a closed sanitary system.
03
Session length
A typical session may take around 30–45 minutes, depending on screening, preparation and clinic guidance.
